Never Again is what he swore the time before.....

I have a theory, I believe that glasses send out the following subliminal messages:

** Grab me off my owner's face--they will love it! You will see...their reaction will be instantaneous and exciting!

** I am alone on the counter....I need friends! Please grab me and twist me into a pretzel.

** Yet again, I am alone and within reach. Put me on and run around the house! And remember, don't put me back where you found me!

** The glass part is just for decoration. Poke it out with your fingers! Lick it if you like!

I told Big C about my theories and he wasn't amused.

Maybe...just maybe he wasn't amused because he had left his BLASTED glasses within Sassy's reach once again!

Ever had this happen? Please share....

Is it just me, or are those things sitting crooked? I was very grateful to be rid of my "face jewelery."

In Big C's defense, there really is NO place out of the reach of a 4 year old with a pink potty/step stool.

That is funny--Russell also leaves his glasses on the night stand and usually the under 3 children find them and twist them. And I tell him if he put them away they wouldn't get twisted!!

Haha, your brother gets so mad at me because I am a “fidgeter” and anything, including expensive glasses can be ruined if within reach of me while I mindlessly talk. It drives him nuts, even though he doesn't wear glasses....

At least he doesn't blame you. Sometimes, I get the "why didn't you watch them" look. Well, if you want clean clothes and semi-clean house, I can't watch them every second!

Hurray! Danya has joined the world of commenting! I am so glad! I have a tear in my eye....not really! But I am really HAPPY! HURRAY!

You have me beat with that comment on my blog. I would certainly say that was a horrifying moment.

Tyler leaves his glasses out all the time. That is the ultimate temptation for an 18 month old. She has managed to ruin his frames before, but he didn't learn. He still leaves them out.

I think you know where I stand on this particular subject. Sassy hasn't had a chance to crumple my specs, but Doughie used to go after them at every opportunity! As you know, there are very few things that get me so wound up.

... well, the soggy Dorito incident was pretty bad too, but that was a different kind of 'wound up'. :D

Hey, Danya! I'm happy to see you here! :)

I hope this comment comes through; I'm posting from my DS while my PC is scanning for virii. It had better work as It took me 10 minutes to hen-peck through! =P
